You can get your Hungarian residency in just 4 to 6 months. That's quicker than most European countries. You can also include your spouse and children in your application.
First, you can invest at least €250,000 in units of a real estate investment fund registered with the Hungarian National Bank. The fund must allocate at least 40% of its assets to Hungarian residential real estate. After you complete this investment, you can apply for a Guest Investor Residence Permit, which lasts 10 years and can be renewed. This permit lets your spouse and dependent children join you.
Second, you can make a non-refundable donation of at least €1,000,000 to a Hungarian higher education institution supported by a public trust. The donation must support education, scientific research, or artistic projects. When you make this donation, you can also apply for the same Guest Investor Residence Permit, with the same benefits for you and your family.

Getting residency in Hungary involves a straightforward step-by-step process. Here's how it works:
