Grenada Citizenship by Investment

First, you should begin by having yourself with a Due Diligence check. Initially, you will only have to give up your passport. This step is to make sure background and financial history are up to the required standards, which can help you determine early if anything will be problematic.

Once you pass the initial checks, gather the necessary documents, including your personal identification, financial records, bank statements, and other required paperwork. Our expert lawyers will guide you through this process, making sure you complete all forms and submit them to the Grenada Citizenship by Investment Unit (CBIU).

The CBIU will review your application and perform a thorough due diligence check. This process typically takes 3-6 months, and during this time, the CBIU may request additional documents or clarifications. You and your family members aged 17 or older must attend an interview, with a fee of $1,000 per person, which can be conducted in English or your preferred language.

After the CBIU approves your application, you'll receive an Approval in Principle. At this stage, you must complete your investment: either contribute to the National Transformation Fund (NTF) or finalize the purchase of approved real estate. You must make this investment within 30 days of receiving approval.

Once you meet the investment conditions, the government will grant you Grenadian citizenship. You'll receive your Certificate of Naturalization and Grenadian passport within about 4 weeks.
