St. Kitts and Nevis Citizenship Step by Step Process

Getting St. Kitts and Nevis citizenship through investment involves a clear and detailed procedure. Here's how it works:

Choose an Authorized Agent and Select Your Investment Option

1

Start by contacting WeRWealthy, an authorized agent recognized by the Citizenship by Investment Unit (CIU). You'll then choose your investment option - either a non-refundable contribution to the SISC fund, an investment in an Approved Public Benefits Project, or a real estate investment in a government-approved development.

Submit Your Application and Attend the Interview

2

Next, WeRWealthy will help you prepare your application, which includes gathering essential documents like passports, birth certificates, police clearance, and bank statements. Once everything is ready, your application will be submitted to the CIU. You'll also pay the necessary Due Diligence fees. As part of the process, you'll attend a mandatory interview, either online (default) or in person at an approved location. If necessary, your dependents aged 16 or older will attend as well. Don't worry - certified translators will be available if needed.

Go Through Due Diligence and Receive Approval in Principle

3

The CIU will conduct a detailed background check, working with independent firms in Europe, the UK, and the USA. Once the checks are complete and everything is in order, you'll receive an "Approval in Principle." This means the CIU has conditionally approved your application, but you must now fulfill your investment requirement.

Once you get approval, you must finalize your investment within 90 days. This could mean making a contribution to the SISC fund, purchasing real estate, or supporting a public benefit project. You'll also need to pay any remaining government fees, including application processing and passport fees.

Once all the requirements are met, you'll be issued a Certificate of Registration, confirming your St. Kitts and Nevis citizenship.
