You pay CAD 1,625 for the application and CAD 515 for the Right of Permanent Residence. Your spouse pays CAD 850, plus CAD 515. Dependent children pay CAD 230 each, and biometric fees are CAD 85 per person or CAD 170 for a family.
You may be required to pay fees such as Letter of Support Fees (CAD 10,000 to CAD 100,000), legal fees (CAD 10,000 to CAD 30,000), translation, medical exam, police clearance, and language test expenses.

Begin by defining your business idea. Make sure it's clear, scalable, and competitive. You'll need to outline your vision, research your competitors, and create an operational plan, especially focusing on what will be done in Canada. Our team can help you refine your business concept, create a business plan, and define your financial goals to ensure it appeals to Canadian organizations.
There are 84 designated organizations in Canada that support start-ups under the Start-Up Visa Program. These include angel investors, venture capital funds, and business incubators. Research each one carefully to find the best fit for your idea. We can help you select the right organization based on their track record and the type of start-up they typically support.
Pitch your business to the participating companies. If your idea appeals to them, they will provide you with a Letter of Support that is integral to your Start-Up Visa application. We can help you prepare a great pitch and help you through the process.
After you receive your Letter of Support, collect your supporting documents (proof of language ability, proof of funds, and your business plan). Apply with your required documentation and fee. Double-check to ensure the information is both complete and accurate to minimize holdups.
After submitting your permanent residency application, focus on launching and growing your business in Canada. If you need to move sooner, you can apply for a work permit. While waiting for your PR, update IRCC every 6 months on your progress to show you're committed to your business. Once the IRCC reviews your application, you'll receive a decision.
Our expert-driven process is faster, easier, and completely hassle-free.
